Spam Registration and post

There have been a number of spam messages being posted by bots. Unfortunately that means Ive had to turn on email registration to activate your account if your a new register. The captcha's have also been made harder to hopefully help fight against bots.

Sorry to make it harder on everyone but when i have to delete 3-5 bot users every day it gets quite annoying.
